The call center operators will contact you based on the language chosen by you and indicated by the healthcare professionals who assisted you during the birth. Interviews are available in Albanian, Croatian, French, English, Italian, Serbian, Slovenian, Spanish and German.

If you have yet to give birth or if it has not yet been proposed to you by healthcare professionals, you can ask for information during your stay in the maternity hospital you refer to.
